But, when her neighbor’s beloved and pampered Persian cat, Mr. Winky, goes missing and Mrs. Cleats receives a ransom note, Liv is truly concerned it might be too much for her neighbor’s heart to handle. Party planner Liv has her hands full working with organizers on an upcoming cat show in Dixie. Nonetheless she and best friend Di set out to catch a catnapper, determined to bring Mr. Winky home safely—and soon.
